Gran parte de los ciudadanos manejan una cantidad importante de su informaci\u00f3n personal desde el celular: cuentas bancarias, emails, redes sociales, compras online, etc. En este sentido, algunos gobiernos municipales de la zona, incluyendo el de Chos Malal, a\u00fan no han migrado completamente sus datos a dispositivos inteligentes, lo que los deja rezagados en cuanto a la modernizaci\u00f3n de sus sistemas. Al no tener la informaci\u00f3n actualizada en alg\u00fan medio de f\u00e1cil acceso, muchas personas pierden el rastro del estado de sus impuestos, tales como patentes, servicios retributivos, etc. <br \/>El proyecto de la presente tesis busca fortalecer el acceso de los ciudadanos a la informaci\u00f3n que le es propia como contribuyente, y por otra parte favorecer la participaci\u00f3n del ciudadano a trav\u00e9s de denuncias, que pueden traducirse en sugerencias y reclamos que orienten la toma de decisiones. Tambi\u00e9n planteamos utilizar esta plataforma a futuro como un medio conveniente de intercambio de informaci\u00f3n entre el gobierno local y los ciudadanos: eventos, avisos, importantes, etc. <br \/>El resultado es una aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil que funciona tanto en iOS como en Android, y que desarrollamos utilizando el modelo h\u00edbrido, aplicando modernas herramientas de programaci\u00f3n, y haciendo \u00e9nfasis en la usabilidad.
