Su principal objetivo es destacar la investigaci\u00f3n, inter\u00e9s y logros de las mujeres en las diversas \u00e1reas de computaci\u00f3n, con la intenci\u00f3n de incentivar la participaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s mujeres en el \u00e1rea tecnol\u00f3gica. En la presentaci\u00f3n de ponencias se espera identificar los desaf\u00edos de las mujeres en las \u00e1reas STEM (Ciencias, Tecnolog\u00eda, Ingenier\u00eda y Matem\u00e1ticas) y de las Tecnolog\u00edas de la Informaci\u00f3n y las Telecomunicaciones (TIC), en la docencia, en el \u00e1mbito laboral y en la investigaci\u00f3n.
