valor, resolver incidencias t\u00e9cnicas, trabajar en equipo y contribuir al desarrollo de soluciones y a la mejora continua del \u00e1rea de IT.<br><strong>Responsabilidades:<\/strong><br>*Brindar soporte t\u00e9cnico y realizar tareas de troubleshooting sobre los sistemas.<br>*Analizar, documentar y mantener procesos y procedimientos operativos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>*Automatizar procesos, incluyendo tareas de batch processing.<br>*Implementar e Integrar servicios y APIs de terceros.<br>*Generar reportes y visualizaciones de datos.<br>*Actuar como nexo entre las \u00e1reas de negocio y los equipos t\u00e9cnicos proponiendo<br>soluciones.<br><strong>Requisitos:<\/strong><br>*Competencia y habilidades para solucionar problemas de servidores,<br>infraestructura IT y networking<br>*Predisposici\u00f3n para brindar soporte a usuarios y trabajar de forma colaborativa.<br>*Experiencia en documentaci\u00f3n de procesos mediante UML.<br>*Conocimientos s\u00f3lidos en consultas SQL (T-SQL).<br>*Conocimientos en lenguajes de programaci\u00f3n C# y Python.<br>*Experiencia y comprensi\u00f3n de alg\u00fan ERP (sistemas de gesti\u00f3n)<br>*Manejo de Windows AD e integraci\u00f3n con Linux<br>*Buenas habilidades de comunicaci\u00f3n, an\u00e1lisis y escucha activa.<br>*Actitud proactiva, con inter\u00e9s por el aprendizaje continuo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Modalidad
