Onsite Support is the second point of escalation for the resolution of desktop or laptop related incidents, service requests, connectivity issues. The Onsite Support Specialist also enforces Schlumberger&#8217;s desktop and laptop policies and procedures.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Relationships:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Reports to: Service Team Leader (Onsite Support), GeoMarket IT Manager<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Essential Responsibilities and Duties:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Junior Level:<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides second-line investigation and diagnosis.<\/li>\n<li>Resolves and closes incidentes\/service requests as per help desk procederus &#038; allocated timelines.<\/li>\n<li>Escalates unresolved incidentes\/service requests within agreed timescales.<\/li>\n<li>Logs relevant incident\/service request details per help desk procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Communicates with client regarding incident progress.<\/li>\n<li>Ensures tickets are updated at all times until issues are resolved.<\/li>\n<li>Conducts customer\/user satisfaction callbacks\/surveys.<\/li>\n<li>Completes GET IT training for User Support Analysts.<\/li>\n<li>Complies with QHSE and IT policies.<\/li>\n<li>Liaises with clients, other SLB IT support groups and 3rd party providers when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Performs IMAC (install, Move, Add and Change).<\/li>\n<li>Conducts hardware and software maintenance and support.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Previous Experience and Competencies:<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><br \/><\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div>Experience with IT related discipline<\/div>\n<div><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Behavior:<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in English<\/li>\n<li>Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.<\/li>\n<li>Initiative.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to write technical support documentation a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent customer interface skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good interpersonal communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of customer satisfaction principles and practices.<\/li>\n<li>Team player.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pression.<\/li>\n<li>Good organizational and time management skills.<\/li>\n<li>Good analytical and problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to understand a wide variety of documentation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Please send your CV to: Mcabanes@slb.com with copy to secretaria.extension@fi.uncoma.edu.ar<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>SCHLUMBERGER BUSCA Onsite Support Analyst \u00a0 \u00a0 Job Summary: The Onsite Support Specialist is a desktop support expert responsible for computer hardware, software (location specific or global) and periphereals.
